I really like this doctor who wrote the book. He always has very good information. I saw The RealAge Makeover: Take Years Off Your Looks and Add Them to Your Life recommended in a magazine and it is very true to what was described. I do recommend this to anyone who is getting older and is interested in keeping themself youthful. Very interesting and helpful information.

Not as Described
The seller claimed The RealAge Makeover: Take Years Off Your Looks and Add Them to Your Life was new. It was most certainly NOT NEW as described. I was giving this as a gift. It was read before and even had a big black marker swipe across the entire bottom. It was embarassing to give. Luckily it was my sister and I told her the seller claimed it was new. Obviously, we have a different definition of new. What a joke.
