Realistic approach to health
I loved How to Eat Like a Hot Chick: Eat What You Love, Love How You Feel!!! It was so real and offered a lot of great advice. It wasn't written in boring, rigid language but instead it was funny and engaging. There were a lot of great tips and I am pleased to say I have incorporated spinach as a regular part of my diet. As far as it not having any basis, it does, it just doesn't sound basic. They choose to have fun with it, which I like. And besides we all know what to do: eat more vegetables and fruits, stick to lean proteins, eliminate alot of processed sugars, starches, fried food and junk food. Oh yeah exercise. We just refuse to do it. How to Eat Like a Hot Chick: Eat What You Love, Love How You Feel made it a little more fun to actually try and be healthier.
Only read this if you actually think Paris Hilton is a role model.
How to Eat Like a Hot Chick: Eat What You Love, Love How You Feel has some decent information in it, but it is hidden within prose that insults my intelligence.
Thank you

How To Eat Like a Hot Chick!
While perusing the aisles of the Beverly Hills library, I came across this most fabulous book!
"How to Eat Like a Hot Chick," was written by a NY publishing maven and a Los Angeles actress. Now, before stereotypes of this or that come crashing into your head like the memory of last night's Mud Slide you had before sinking into a puddle beneath somebody's coffee table, hear me out.
How to Eat Like a Hot Chick: Eat What You Love, Love How You Feel is written with savvy, know-how, common sense, and above all -- accessibility! They even cuss, which shows you - this ain't your Momma's diet book!

Eating like a Hot Chick is easy!
The book is an easy read. There is very little information that you will not already know but this particular diet book is funny. One thing that I found useless was the foul language and constant references to bringing home some strange guy! What does that have to do with being a hot chick? Anyway, I have a renewed appreciation for spinach (read the book) and am enjoying eating like a hot chick everyday!
