Could not beat the price
I purchased Management, 9th Edition (Book with Rolls Access Code) along with another book and what I paid for 2 books I would have paid for 1. So I just keep on coming back to Amazon for my books.
Exactly the book I needed
Management, 9th Edition (Book with Rolls Access Code) arrived promptly and is in very good condition. It is exactly the edition I needed.
INFORMATIVE
Purchased Management, 9th Edition (Book with Rolls Access Code) for class, and it provides a lot of useful information and instructor teaches right out of it. Not too boring because it provides real life examples.
okay book
I had working knowledge of some of the principles discussed in Management, 9th Edition (Book with Rolls Access Code), but feel like it lacked in depth in a lot of places. It mentions Dr. Deming, but barely scratches the surface of TQM (total quality management). The chapters on human resources and ethics were probably my favorites but I had a great teacher with lots of experience and relatable stories. I agree with others the bank tests are useful only for padding your GPA. I never used the internet access even though I purchased the book new, not sure I missed anything though.
