Not as useful as I had hoped!!
Perfect Mix isn't as useful as I had hoped, as a lot of the recipes in it aren't what normal people would eat or use. I wish I had seen Perfect Mix at the library or elsewhere first, and then the money wouldn't have been spent on it. There are other books out there that are a lot better, so I wish I had done a little more investigating before making this purchase.

Perfect Mix - A Homemakers Gift
While this little book was not what I expected, it has good recipes for mixes that do not have chemicals such as aluminum for preservation. The recipes are placed adjacent to the mix so they are easy to find and to use.

I gave Perfect Mix to my daughter-in-law on their anniversary. It looks to be something she can really use, She is always looking for inexpensive gifts to keep on hand "just in case"
