I bought a pressure cooker and even though the instruction book that came with it is good Pressure Cookers for Dummies gives you more information about you pressure cooker and it also has some good recipes in it. You get recipes for the conventional method of cooking and a quicker way with the pressure cooker.

I just bought a pressure cooker but the instructions were next to useless, so I ordered Pressure Cookers for Dummies. It is great! All my questions on how to use the cooker were answered.
Cooking under pressure
Easy to follow for a novice with a pressure cooker (first one I've owned). Have tried a few of the recipes so far and will continue to use Pressure Cookers for Dummies. Some of the instructions for prep are pretty basic if you have some cooking experience. Feeling pretty confident to try to convert some of my favorite recipes to the pressure cooker. Significantly speeds cooking time.
