Very good quality
I have been buying Bob's Red Mill gluten free flours but thought I would give these Barry Farm products a try. I have been very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.
Best Flour ever.
I love this flour. It has a fine texture and a mild sweet taste, gives alot of flavor to baked good. It is also gluten free, which is great for me because I cannot have gluten. I recommend Sweet White Rice Flour, 1 lb. alot!
