Vanilla beans
This is the 2nd time I've purchased these vanilla beans. Prior to this I would purchase vanilla beans at the retail store (bakery supply or grocery). I was so disappointed in the quality of those beans that I was ready to stop using vanilla beans altogether. The beans came in a plastic vial and when I opened them they were so dry they were brittle. How happy I was to get my first order from JR Mushrooms. FANTASTIC! Don't hesitate!
Not only did Premium Bourbon-Madagascar Vanilla Beans - 7 beans arrive on time, but it was PERFECT for homemade creme brulee! My boyfriend made it for the family for Christmas and Easter and everyone went crazy over it! His creme brulee before these wonderful tasting beans just wasn't up to par. These create a much better flavor than your typical bottle of vanilla extract.

Very fast shipping, detailed recipe come along with the product. Above all, the beans smell so good. But why when I bought it, the price is 12.95? While right after I placed the order they changed it back to 7 bucks?
Wonderful Vanilla Beans!
I have to agree with most everyone else's reviews. These are really wonderful. I had them laying on my counter for a number of days before using them but they made my kitchen smell absolutely divine.
They are much more pleasing to the eye than the tiny amount of dry shriveled up very expensive few you can buy in a jar at a grocery store. These are moist and plump.
100 percent vanilla extract has become so expensive it makes me cringe so I am using these vanilla beans to make my own extract (lifetime supply?).
