It was comfortable enough but if you want a headset that you can use without a microphone buy one that has a detachable microphone. Do NOT buy for use with MACS. The seller was easy to reach and determined quickly why the microphone did not work and the product was returnable without paying a shipping fee!
Great headset for rossetta stone
Cyber Acoustics AC-201 Stereo Headset/microphone is great my family and I use these headset/microphone for Rosetta Stone. They work just as well as some more expensive brands.I recommend Cyber Acoustics AC-201 Stereo Headset/microphone for someone who wants a good set of headset/micro-phone and doesnt want to spend alot of money.
After wearing for a long time they can start feeling uncomfortable
These are great headphones if you plan on wearing them for an hour or less but after that I can feel my ear lobes throbbing and an uncomfortable pressure on my ears. The sound quality is excellent. You can position the microphone anywhere by bending or twisting it. You can also adjust the height but you can not adjust the width. I believe this is the reason they started hurting after a while. Don't get me wrong I like the headset, it is worth what I paid. This are perfect for what I purchased them for - chatting via webcam. If you are looking for a extremely comfortable long wearing headset you may want to spend a bit more.
Is everyone crazy or just paid to say good stuff about this piece of junk?
Okay I am on hold right now with Rosetta stone because for the second time, this headset that they sent me are not working. The first time, it crumbled as I took it out of my laptop. And now the second time, the microphone works but the audio doesn't work.
Been on hold now for 10 minutes. I lost 2 weeks of my classes because I've been playing email tag with customer support.
