Does what it says it will do
The product works perfectly. It's just what I needed to switch my Blue ray and my satelite receiver to the one component video I have on my TV. No, I can't get the full benefit of Blue ray on a 1080i set with component inputs, but it's a lot better then my old DVD player.
Simple Solution for Extra Inputs
I bought this switcher so I could connect both my DVD player and Wii to the one component video input on my standard-definition television. I just hooked it up, and everything works perfectly. I noticed a huge improvement in the video quality of the Wii (I had been using the composite video input, which was just terrible). Bottom line, this does exactly what I wanted it to, and at a fair price.
The unit itself is small and light, but feels solid and well-constructed. At first i doubt it ,that will work; but after connecting all my components to a single plug , i was impressed video and audio quality excelent. I recommend JVC JX-66 3-to-1 Component Video A/V Switcher to anyone looking for simple , fast component swither.

I got JVC JX-66 3-to-1 Component Video A/V Switcher so I can connect a PS3 and an AppleTV to a single component input on my TV... works as it should. Though you will have to buy an extra component cable since it doesn't ship with on.
