Very impressed
I am very impressed with this DustBuster. It bought it to use on my stairs so that I don't have to haul the big vacuum up and down as much. I've had the DustBuster for 5+ months and it works great. It's easy to empty the dust out and works just as well as my regular vacuum. I would highly recommend. Well worth the money.
battery issues
I purchased Black & Decker CHV1400 14.4-Volt Cyclonic DustBuster for my sister last Christmas. She's disabled and a cordless hand-held vac is perfect for her and she uses it every day to pick up dust, dirt, and kitty litter. Unfortunately it's now November and the battery no longer charges to full strength. So I looked on line to find replacement batteries which is impossible. Then I read a review here and discovered that they are about as expensive as replacing the whole thing not to mention the difficulties replacing the battery once you find one. Not something my sister can do on her own. I wish they made a hand vac that has easily replaceable batteries like they do for battery-charged screw drivers and the like. Black & Decker CHV1400 14.4-Volt Cyclonic DustBuster is amazing. I have used it for 2 years with no problems at all... I had to clean up some tile dust and bits and it sucked the dirt very fast. It is a very good product
great cleaner
This dust buster is easy to use and does a great job picking up the little stuff from the bare floor or from the rug.
Weak suction
Maybe something is wrong with my vac, but the suction powerful is extremely weak. I can barely pick up human hair... Very disappointed.
