Our last meatloaf pan had a non-stick surface that separated from the metal after several years. This pan looks like it is constructed to last a lifetime. So far it has proven to be perfect.
Meatloaf master
I had to buy this for my mother who fell in love with a similar one I got as a wedding gift as part of a set. She loves it. It's the right weight too...not too light or flimsy but not to heavy either. Makes meatloaves come out perfectly without bathing in their own fat.
Makes great meatloaf!
This meatloaf pan is great! The two piece design allows for all of the grease from the meat to drip through the liner into the bottom pan. The meatloaf didn't taste dry at all which I thought might be a problem but it wasn't. The suregrip handles do not get hot in the oven and clean-up is a breeze. I would highly recommend this pan for those wanting to cut out unnecessary calories and fat from their diet. The bottom pan can also be used to bake breads so it isn't just a one-use pan.

This pan does exactly everything you need in a meatloaf pan. Cooks the loaf to perfection with none of the grease and cleanup is a breeze! Its a must have staple.
Meat loaf won't be fat-free
I've only used Anolon Suregrip Bakeware 2-Piece Meat Loaf Pan Set once so far, and I was actually a little surprised by the amount of fat that ended up in the bottom of the outer pan. Even though I was using 80 or 85 percent lean hamburg, there was not even enough fat to cover the bottom of the pan. So, I'm not sure how well this actually works for reducing the fat in the meatloaf. I will say, however, that the pans are very nice quality and cleaned easily. I am sure I will use them a lot, not only for meatloaf but other things.
