Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Stainless 8-Inch Open Skillet is exactly what we have been searching for. Heavy Duty, Easy to clean,Comfortable Handles and Tight fitting lids. As with all Stainless Steel you must adjust you cooking method to a lower heat setting. As long as you keep that in mind you will love this cookware.As a matter of fact we loved it so much that we purchased every single piece of Multiclad Pro Stainless that Cuisinart makes. Pan works great when finishing off fritatas in the over, the main reason why we bought it. It's just the right size for the two of us... As usual, great workmanship.

This pan is not flat on the bottom and thus will spin on the stove and therefore can be dangerous if the handle is hit by accident. This is very true if one has a ceramic glass cooktop stove. It also is therefore a problem when putting in cooking oil in that the oil will pool to one side. It is not a good product!
Food sticks......
Try what I will, food sticks to this pan. Frankly, I wish I hadn't bought it.

I have an entire set of cuisinart pans and pots. I am very pleased with the quality and the way they cook. This is large enough to make large quanitities of food. A great investment!
