Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Stainless 3-Quart Casserole with Cover is exactly what we have been searching for. Heavy Duty, Easy to clean,Comfortable Handles and Tight fitting lids. As with all Stainless Steel you must adjust you cooking method to a lower heat setting. As long as you keep that in mind you will love this cookware.As a matter of fact we loved it so much that we purchased every single piece of Multiclad Pro Stainless that Cuisinart makes. WE JUST LOVE IT!!

I have the 12 piece set which I must say doesn't have a lot of useful large pieces. This pan goes well with the set and is the right size for most everyday cooking. Definitely recommend it!
Great multiple-use pan
I consider this my 'go to' pan for many recipes. We're a small family and this pan is the perfect size for many meals. I've used it mostly on the stovetop and like the fact that it has two handles. I clean it with Barkeepers Friend and only hand wash. So far I have no complaints and am happy I added this pan to my basic pieces.
Lid handle gets very hot!
I love the saucepan. The handles on the pan stay cool, but the handle on the lid can burn your hand. I gave this a 3 star. The pan is a 5 star and the lid a 1 star.

I have other Cuisinart pans and the price can't be beat. These pans will last several lifetimes.
