Excellent grill pan!
I'd sent an earlier pan onwards to the trash heap, so I had really needed a new pan. I bought the Cuisinart brand because of another replacement pan I had purchased from the company that I have used with satisfaction.
Although it would be great if Cuisinart produced this pan with higher sides, I have found this pan of excellent quality and utility.
Perfect And You Can't Beat The Price
I love this pan, the weight and quality are excellent. I have pans that I paid much more for and are less satisfied with. Nothing sticks and clean up is a breeze. I bought one for myself and liked it so well that I have given as a gift on several occasions.
light but sears well
it arrived just a few days after I placed an order. Even with "FREE" shipping, it was so fast! I tried pan seared rib eye steak and this pan did a great job! This pan is lighter than I expected but it is easier to use because it is lighter. Cleaning was very easy with nonstick surface. I am happy with this pan.
great grill pan
I have a glass cooktop stove and this pan works great on it. You need to preheat the pan, and once you put your food on, let it be. I just used it for the second time, and 4 burgers (at once) came out great, better than the first time. I definitely let the pan heat up longer the second time, and didn't touch the burgers. I got great grill marks. I do wish the wall of the pan was alittle higher, as the grease really splattered on my stove. But I do love this pan!! One last thing, I have a George Forman grill, but I prefer this pan because I feel like I have more control over the process.
