So-So Quality Control
I really like this size ear ring. It shows my preference but does not overpower anyone at work. However, this has a quality control problem, The Yin-Yang symbol is not always correct. The dots are off of the fishes are misshaped in about a third of the ones I purchased. I ended up buying several more pairs than I needed in order to ensure I got enough good quality ones.
