Too fragile and does not maintain a hot beverage

I purchased a set of these with the expectation they would keep my morning latte hot long enough for me to drink it. First, one arrived broken and is being replaced. Second, the glass only was able to keep my beverage warm, not hot, for 45 minutes. If you read the description carefully, it first says; "the glass is held together tighter, resulting in a stronger glass" however it goes on to tell you all the ways to "be gentle with the glass". It also says; "These glasses will help to keep hot drinks warmer and cool drinks cooler." But then goes on to say, "For best results retaining heat, pre-heat the glass before use." I first ordered a set of these for a coffee shop I was managing. They are beautiful and adds a real luxury to espresso making. Our customers loved them and the staff loved using them.
I then ordered a set for myself to have at home. I love pulling a shot into them. they are beautiful.
Also, very helpful in teaching staff what a proper shot should look like because you can see the 3 leves of the shot clearly.

Has stood up to the test of time. A bit expensive but worth it. Don't have to worry about burning your fingers anymore.
