NordicWare has done it again with this covered aluminum muffin pan. This has been a lifesaver for me, since I used to take my muffins and cupcakes out of the pan, onto a cooling rack, and then into a separate container for work. By the time I got there, my cupcakes would have fallen over and smeared icing all over the place. No more!!

Bake-n-Go
I've tried them all and this is by far the best muffin/cupcake pan ever. The pan is smaller than regular cupcake pans (13"). The compact size along with the snap on cover makes it very easy to bake and take anywhere. I wish I had tried this pan first! The others I've tried are going in the trash.
