I do not own 18'' High Velocity Floor Fan... yet the person reviewing it with 1 star - is not reviewing the product, but complaining about shipping and taping of a rip - neither of which are Amazons problem... nor did the person get in touch with amazon to try and resolve this. Really strange review. Could not resist to respond to such an odd review on my search for a good fan:)
A faded resource
Amazon was a resource for speedy acquisitions, with the hope that a firm the size of yours ccould be trusted. I had bought several other items in the amount of about $1,000. direct from the merchants, after researching on Amazon. Items like my camera case on wheels, etc,etc.
In this case, the fan came to me from UPS in damaged condition-dented grill. I will eventually get around to trying to straighten it but it will be a cold day in heell, before I buy from you boys again.
You could see from the packaging that this was a returned fan. The cardboard box was ripped apart like a long anticipated Christmas present.
