BBQ inside or OUT
This grill is perfect to use on a camping gas BBQ to grill steaks/fish/burgers and pancakes on the flip side. The added bonus to using the grill is that the BBQ stays clean and no flair-up.Esay to clean with a little soap and hot water.
Great cast iron grill/griddle
I really enjoy this grill/griddle combo. It is the perfect size for one burner use and smaller meals that I prepare.
Mine didn't split
A lot of people (OK, two) have complained about these things splitting apart, but mine took 600 degrees without a problem. As with all cast iron cookware, "pre-seasoned" simply means "rust proofed" and if you want a non-stick cooking surface you're going to have to put a few more layers of carbonized grease on there. Sure, you CAN cook on it right out of the box, but I certainly wouldn't want to.
Great size for 2!
Great little grill for just two people! I grill burgers, vegies and more on this. I was going to get the larger size but decided this would be perfect for what I needed. It isn't too hard to clean up as long as you don't leave the food or grease on it for too long. Just wash it with water and a stiff brush and then dry and season. It will last you a lifetime and more with proper care!
great for those without a bbq
I bought Lodge Logic Single Burner Reversible Grill / Griddle - 10-1/2-by-10-1/2 for the grill specifically since i live in an apartment and cannot have a BBQ at my place - the griddle was just bonus. I've used it a few times and I love how it cooks. And cleaning it was much easier than I expected it to be. Already told my sister to go out and buy one.
