The product works as intended. Video and audio come through clearly. Obviously not the most state of the art way of sharing media, but it's a simple plug-and-play.

Never got the product that I ordered!
The first order I got was incorrect, there were chargers instead of A/V cables. I wrote to inform them and they sent me cables for a "M" style player. It was not RCA connections. The picture was that of a "W" A/V cable as well. I have written then back and they have only responded that they mailed the correct Item. I have STILL NOT received the correct item I ordered. It seems like I am e-mailing a computer. I am very dissatisfied with this company. THIS is a BAIT and SWITCH for sure!! I would recommend you NOT to order from them.
Really quite amazing!
When i got this i was just expecting ok, however, when you hook it up (which is easy as pie, and takes a second, if ur not a complete moron!)it looks amazing! (mind you, the video has to be of good quality) when it got expanded, i thought it would be incredibly grainy and low quality, however, it looked amazing and was DVD quality! I'm soooo glad i got this, watching videos from my Zen has become my main use for it, and i LOVE bringing it to other people's house and saying, "Hey you wanna watch a movie" and they're expecting a big to-do and it only takes a few seconds and voila! we're watching Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas in no time, and it looks amazing, esp. because of the 262,000 colors that the Zen has, the picture is flawfless and very ... Works perfectly!
Purchased a Creative Zen Vision: M and a Sonic Impact 55 to watch movies while I'm on my treadmill in the back room. This cable connected the two without a hitch. Good quality too.
