Editorial Review:

Product DescriptionLodge Porcelain Enamel Cast Iron Skillet and cookware can be used on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops, as well as in the oven. The interior of this skillet is matte black enamel. There is not a separate lid for this item, however the lid from the 6 Qt. Dutch Oven will fit. Skillet measures 11 inches in diameter by 1. 75 inches deep. For more than 100 years, Lodge has been perfecting the process of making cast iron cookware.

What Others Say

Best skillet in the world.
Without argument, this skillet (and the various saucepans and the like) are the best kitchen/cooking investments you can make. Don't get me wrong; I love my Lodge Dutch ovens. The quality of the ceramic finish on the inside and outside of the Dutch ovens is extremely smooth and provides a very stick-resistant surface. That's how I was suckered into buying this pan. Boy was I in for a surprise. The food surface finish is very rough. In fact, it looks exactly ... Read More
