We started using 2-3 size when he was 14 pounds and they were perfect. Now at 17 still great.

I have used swaddlers for both my boys and they have not disappointed me. They don't leak and they are very soft and allow my kids to move freely. Other brands I have tried have an awkward fit or I wast diapers because I thought they were wet when they were not. I love Pampers brand!!!!!

Swaddlers - Pampers worth buying
I have been primarily a Huggies mom for over a decade. However, with the birth of my fourth child, the hospital this time provided Pampers Swaddlers instead of the Huggies (due to a change in the purchasing supplier, not due to parental/physician/nursing staff requests).
I had already purchased Huggies Supremes for home use, having tried Pampers Swaddlers (due to a friend's recommendation) about 3 years ago with no success (horrible rash on my then newborn son due to the mesh lining!). Overall, insofar as performance goes, I honestly see no discernible difference between either the Huggies Supreme or the Pampers Swaddlers. My husband had never changed a diaper when our daughter was born, but with the wetness indicator he became a pro in no time flat. I love how soft they are and they have never failed me. Wonderful product!
