I was looking for something that could tune in to fm stations so I can listen to the tvs at my gym. I tried cheaper ones and ended up throwing them away. I haven't used the earphones that come with the radio as I have earbud headphones from Phillips. As far as the radio goes, the best things about this radio is the lock button so I don't accidentally change the channel, the six presets which I have each assigned to different tvs at the gym, the fact that it uses only 1 AAA battery and it lets you know how much battery is left. I'd say the only con is the clip which I have trouble clipping, but that's a minimal problem. This is exactly what I was looking for and it's perfect for me! Great radio for walking/jogging Picks up clear signal on AM/FM and TV bands. Only uses one AAA battery. Changing the battery does not effect preset stations. Excellent product. so far excellent reception no problems so far and it looks very practical and the price is very reasonable Found just what I was looking for! This radio is perfect for the active runner/biker. The price was the lowest I could find for this radio. 2/17/2009 will bring changes Great device to keep in touch with the world. One problem is that it will no longer pick up television stations, due to the digital revolution, after 2/17/09. This would have been nice to know prior to ordering. | |
