great radio for the money. has great sound small design for a good under the cabinet fit. it's only down fall is that it has no input jacks for a mp3 player Kitchen CD Player AM/FM Clock Radio I bought this for my husband for christmas. It was an ideal gift because I no longer had to keep his bulky stereo on my counter top.All the features work like a charm.We have trouble getting some radio stations where we live but this am/fm radio comes in great.The weather station is a bit low but still hearable.I just love this under the counter cd player with am/fm radio, tv band stations,and weather band stereo. My family and friends also love it and I would recommend anyone to buy it. Susan L. Very Pleased All aspects of the unit work flawlessly (CD, AM, FM, TV and Weather band). Pleasantly surprised by the bass provided by the MegaBass. Could have been a little thinner for my wife's liking but not complaining at all. The remote with magnetic back is very handy. All and all an excellect product. Great item for the price. I got this radio for my parent's kitchen and they like it a lot. Before I gave it to them I tried it at my house and the sound was good, it was easy to operate, looked easy to install, couldn't complaint about anything really. I got one in my kitchen that I bought at Menards for 30 bucks and comparing the two - major difference in sound between the Sony and my crap I have. Great item for the price. She works and commutes daily, the weather channels are a welcome addition as she can check the daily weather predictions before leaving for work. The only thing I didn't care for is the antenna is combined with the power cord and you have to be careful where it is placed. I would rate the radio as a 9.5 out of 10. Good and fast shipping. | |
