For years I have had a battery charger that cost me about $40 with the batteries. It was big, bulky, took up tons of room in my suitcase, and I could't bring it anywhere. This one, not only hold a charge MUCH longer than the previous one I had, but can also be thrown in a small purse and brought with to any event. I love it and swear by it.

Very good charger
Really very good. I use the batteries with my sony digital camera and I take about 300 photos before recharge again. It is highly recomended.
Pretty sweet batteries
I really like the power provided by these batteries. I use them for my Canon Powershot S2 IS that has pretty big lens and I guess must consume a lot of power for switching it on and off. However, with these batteries, I have been taking like 150 photos pretty easily (for each charge/discharge cycle).

Sony Power Charger with 4 Ni-MH AA Batteries
This product fufilled all of my expectations. The charger is very useful for charging either my AA or AAA batteries. This is very useful because I only need one charger for both types of batteries. The cordless outlet makes it very easy to pack or carry in a small bag.
