I purchased this for a birthday present. My friend was very happy with it and said it is perfect for everyones different tastes. she loved it. red toaster 4 slice this is a great toaster.it has wide slots and it reminds you to unplug when you are done,because it has lights on it that stay on if you dont shut it off. Cuisinart Toasted!! I do NOT recommend buying this! I had one for 2 weeks - quit toasting on 1 side in one of the 2 slots. Then a week later another side quit toasting. Contacted Cuisinart - Had to PAY $7.00 PLUS return postage and handling to get another. It ONLY works if selecting Bagel when toasting regular bread!! Sometimes a Critic We downsized to the Cuisnart 2 slice toaster and have been very happy with it's performance. The controls are easy to see and use. This is a sturdy toaster with a classic design that I can highly recommend. KB Review Great toaster in that it holds the bread flat in the center of the slots so the bread does not curl up and toasts fairly uniformly. Only negative I found is that you are not supposed to leave the unit plugged up but just plug it up when you use it, First toaster we have had with that instruction. Very attractive and nice to have a special slot when 1 piece of bread is toasted. | |
