perfect
I ordered a pair of these for my kids. They arrived on schedule and were exactly as advertised. They work perfectly and the kids love em.

Another Outstanding Review!
Well if you've already read the other 297 reviews for this product you probably don't need another to tell you that this is the best controller available for the PS2. But here it is, and here's why:

1. No tangle of cords. Wireless controllers are the easiest way to clean up your entire entertainment center and make it look sharp. Now I just have these controllers sitting next to my TV remote ready to go.

2. Range & Freedom. The controller has a more than adequate range. Perfect for large living rooms where a cord wouldn't reach. Now you lay back comfortably on your couch and enjoy all your games.

3. Quality. It's a solid controller that's comfortable to hold. It's so responsive you'll never know the difference between wireless and wired. The d-pad on this controller rivals all others.

4. Value. The controller is only $26 on Amazon. Completely worth it to enhance and clean up your gaming experience. Don't pass it up!

I have 2 of these and I'm planning on getting 2 more for when I use my multi-tap and have game parties. These are a blessing especially when you'd normally have the multi-tap out with a tangle of 4 cords going in all different directions.

BUY THIS!

I Recommend Not Buying This!
This controller is really bad, I got one and within the first week my triangle and square buttons stuck together. Then i got another and the same thing happened with other buttons. Yes the wireless is nice but it isnt worth if the buttons suck!

greate controller
It is a bit heavy due to the batteries. Great reception. The controller sleeps after a while. Very comfortable. Worth the price!

A year later and still going strong!
I bought this controller a little over a year ago on the recommendation of a Gamestop store clerk. A year later I'm still quite happy with this baby. It's the only PS2 controller I've used that actually fits my hands comfortably. And it seems to reduce sweaty-palm syndrome in high-intensity gaming. The wireless range is great as well. My PS2 runs within six feet of my wireless router of the same strength, and I've never experienced signal drop or button lag. It's quite the sturdy little beast. I've dropped it SEVERAL times and it has yet to show even the slightest bit of wear. Even the battery cover's still in tact! (Big thing for me. I don't own a battery powered device besides the Wiimote that I can say the same for.)

Now, I, too, have experienced the sticky button problem. I don't really see it so much as faulty design. The crevices around the face buttons just get filled with sweat from time to time. The problem is easily remedied using a cotton swab, a bottle of rubbing alcohol and 5-15 minutes. I also really think this thing could've really benefited from an on/off switch. But in a year these are the only problems I've experienced.

I would give this five stars, but the fact that it's the ONLY controller that I've ever had get sticky buttons (which admittedly shouldn't be occurring) drops it a star. Still, it's a great product and well worth the price!
