Good radio
I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She listens to her ipod and uses it as a alarm clock. It is not a expensive high quality sounding stereo system but what do you expect from a alarm clock.

Good Product
It is a good unit, we own two of them now and are very happy with them. Having a third generation Ipod which is not compatible with many of the newer units I had to stick with one that I knew would work.

You won't need to use the alarm, because you will never get to sleep! The blue light on the clock is so bright, it lights up the entire room. There is no dimmer. While watching tv with our Comcast remote control, we unknowingly set the alarm clock so it went off in the middle of the night. We had to take the batteries out to make it turn off. I do not recommend this product.

small and convenient
Ihome clock radio for ipod works well and does not take up too much space. I find the combination of alarm clock and ipod docking to be perfect for my morning routine. I wake up to my ipod and change over to the radio while getting dressed to check out weather and traffic reports. This is actually my second unit, one by my bed and one in the bathroom.

Worked well until knobs stopped functioning
I loved this radio for the first year of ownership until the knobs stopped working. I see others are having the same problem and it's really dissapointing. When you try to use the knobs to adjust something like volume or set the time the numbers just seem to randomly go up and down for every click.

This is a very strange error and because both knobs quit at the same time it makes me believe that the problem was not caused by faulty knobs but instead something more fundamental to the unit failing like the firmware.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a class action lawsuit if as many people's units are failing the way mine did.
