a must-have for the iHome
Mine came with the iHome I bought (also with a Rinoskin case, all for only $70 at Sam's Club) and I am very glad it did.

My only complaint about it is the location of the volume buttons. I am constantly getting them mixed up in the middle of the night with the change tracks buttons. Seems to me the order of button rows should be more like: power, volume, change tracks, etc.

But having the remote keeps me from banging on the alarm clock when it goes off (which is what I did to our old one therefore causing us to have to need a new one), I just press the snooze on the remote and no damage done. Or I can just start voluming down the iHome if I want it to keep playing music.

Yes, it's a bit expensive by itself, try finding it already included in the box if you can.
