You're Better Off With "The Next 10" by LSAC
As a professional LSAT tutor/blogger in NYC, I can say that the explanations in The Official LSAT SuperPrep are useless. Additionally, the three exams in The Official LSAT SuperPrep are far from recent. You're better off with The Next 10 Actual, Official LSAT PrepTest (Lsat Series) (Preptests 29-38) and puzzling over the questions yourself or getting a tutor. Good luck!
dry and mediocre
I bought several prep books because I was studying on my own without taking a course, and I would not recommend The Official LSAT SuperPrep as a comprehensive prep book. Explanations were dry, and the amount of text on the page made it difficult to slog through all the material. I did not find the book to offer any particularly helpful strategies on any of the sections. In fact, as the "official" prep book, all the verbage sounded very "official" and LSAT-like to be of much help. A very very helpful book
This is a very useful book,I strongly recommend it, always buy the book which made by the people who make the test.
Your money is better spent on other books
The suggestions and explanations in The Official LSAT SuperPrep are very limited. The best part about the book is the exams, but there are many other books out there that also have practice exams and also explain the solutions better. The most frustrating thing about The Official LSAT SuperPrep is that on the practice exams, some of the answers don't match the questions. It is hard to get a feel for how well you would do on an actual exma when it is impossible to complete the exam fully due to not having answers that have anything to do with the questions. It isn't by design, just a poor job in editing.
Very Helpful
I found this LSAT prep book much more helpful then the Kaplan prep book. Very informative and gives you examples from actual LSATs since they write the actual LSAT.
