4 qt presto pressure cooker
I've had aluminum cookers until this one. The stainless always looks new. Four qt. is perfect size for a small family.
A Terrific Pressure Cooker!
The Presto pressure cooker is wonderful--works like a charm. I have had Mirromatic pressure cookers all my life, but now I have found the Presto is better. I especially like the fact that it is stainless steel and not aluminum.
I Love My Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker
My new Presto Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker allows me to purchase cheaper cuts of meats without sacrificing taste. In particular, some steaks which require more time than I have in order to assure tenderness. I am thorougly enjoying preparing soups and stews and getting rave reviews from my family. My first experience with a pressure cooker was in 1950 so I have been a user for most of my adult life. This stainless steel model is the best yet and the 4-Quart size suits me to a T. I must also mention that I prepare large amounts of mashed potatoes in a fraction of the time it would take without my Presto. My only regret is that I didn't buy one of these sooner. This is a great product. I had heard horror stories about pressure cookers in the past, but these Presto pressure cookers are solid; very well made, and if you follow the directions by watching what you put into it- no jams or anything that would clog the spout, you will love Presto 4-Quart Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker.. Never any worries about safety when cooking with this. I think I will get the 6-quart next, as it would be a more useful size for me.
Great product
Was looking around to see is there any way to cook some things faster and I found this Presto Pressure Cooker. I can't imagine how we (my wife and me) did all cooking before! It is soooo faster and easier with this pressure cooker. And the size is right for 2-3 people, I like fresh food and this one as I said is just right capacity for our family of 3. If you fill it at max, you even will have some food for next day, but because the whole cooking takes 15-20 minutes from very beginnings to the end it is no longer concern.
Also found that I need to cook usually less time than it is in cookbook. Made in China, but quality is outstanding and overall construction is very sturdy and will last long. I feel it safe enought also, they are ... Read More
