Works well, decently made
I bought the same item from Costco (Business division)--same Sitram part number-- for 13 bucks instead of Amazon's 22 bucks.
Decently designed and made, very light weight, with a tiny vent hole near the edge. The finish is polished, not brushed like the Profiserie pots. It fits all the 28 cm rim diameter (so-called 11 inch) Sitram Profiserie pots. For me that means the 28 cm saute pan and frypan (both excellent). This Profiserie lid has a D shaped flat strap handle, with slightly smaller attachment pads than the Catering style. Perhaps the smaller spot weld pad is a weak point, but that's common to all inexpensive commercial grade lids.
