Best Pan Deal Ever
I bought two of these over a year ago and they are still my favorite pans.
They heat evenly, clean up beautifully and the quality is amazing. It was my first Calphalon purchase but not my last. I have been replacing my Kitchen-Aid pans with Calphalon. My 20 year old thinks everything should be cooked on high heat. Even he can't ruin this pan ! The price is fantastic so stock up !

Bought this pan during the Black Friday sale and only paid $20 shipped which was a great price. Got it today and used it once to cook some spaghetti sauce. When I went to clean it the bottom looked like the anodized coating was peeling off. Almost looked like dark and light irregular shaped ink blots. I went to the Calphalon web site and followed their directions for cleaning including the use of the Green Scotch pads and Soft Scrub cleanser. Still was spotted. Then tried another of their suggestions with a dry Scotch pad, and after a lot of scrubbing of the inside surface, some of it came out, but I never had to do this with similar products and never ... Very Pleased
I purchased this pan about two years ago even though some of the reviews complained because things stuck to it. I have cooked in this thing hundreds of times and while things will stick a bit during cooking, I have never had any problems washing them right out. The pan has held up amazingly well and looks brand new.
