Love My Calphalon
I just love my hard-anodized 7-quart pan!! It is a great size for many things. And I can't express how much I love every piece of my commercial hard-anodized Calphalon!!! One of the best purchases!

I purchased Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized 7-Quart Chef's Casserole with Lid for it was a good price.
It is a beautiful piece to cook with anything from rice, pulav to vegetable to sauces. It is a perfect size for 1-4 people cooking. The shape is such that it can go from the stove to tabletop and is very easy to clean.
Highly recommend to buy.
use it rafting
i keep only the best stuff in my dry box for rafting. this is the favorite as it will vertually cook evry thing. eggs, steak, spagetti for a group of 30, works as a great cold cereal bowl.. and you can do the dishes in it as well. comeing into its 3rd river season and still no problems.

I Love my 7 quart casserole pot!!! It does such a nice job and I don't have to "kick up" the heat with Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized 7-Quart Chef's Casserole with Lid and I can get a GREAT meal from it.
