Super gloves
These are basically the same as welders gloves only nicer looking. I have used them quite a few times and they work quite well, I can pick up the cast iron pan I use for wood chips and not suffer the usual scorched fingers....
Soft
They have a very soft interior and a hefty liner to prevent me from getting burnt. The one size fits all helps and you can compare Eastman Outdoors 13-Inch Cooking Gloves to industrial welding gloves.

I bought these to do outdoor bbq. I had expected they would be more heat resistant than they turned out to be. will keep you from getting burned at least, and they are comfortable to wear and use. not too bad for the price...
If ya cant take the heat dont buy these gloves
These gloves really didn't provide enough heat protection in my view. They look good and are well put together but i bought them to protect my hands from heat... So not really happy with them.
Essential for Grilling and Smoking
This is the one item that I use every time I use my grill or smoker. They are easy on and off and provide good overall heat protection for your hands and forearms. Now that being said, you can burn your fingers through them, but I never expected that this couldn't happen. If you plan on picking up burning hot coals or embers.....expect to burn your hands.
When the pair that I have now wears out...I wouldn't hesitate in buying a replacement pair....as a matter of fact, I wouldn't buy anything but.
