I love Oster 4716 Egg Cooker. I have had one for years and my old one stopped working after 12 years so I had to have a new one. It arrived on a timely manner and was exactly what I was expecting.

I really loved this egg cooker, it shuts itself off when eggs are perfectly done. It did stop working after a short time, it wouldn't turn on or off. They sent me a new one, so I'm hoping the first one was a just defective one and I don't have a problem with the new one. My sister bought one several years ago and really loves hers too. It is so easy to use.
Great little egg cooker!
I grew up with one of these egg cookers and now, finally, have another one! I didn't realize how much I'd missed it!
If you follow the directions (use the correct amount of water and take the eggs out as soon as the cooker finishes), you'll have perfect eggs every time! Hard-boiled eggs are especially good--the yolks are perfect, never green, the whites don't get "rubbery", and (if dropped in ice water immediately after cooking) they are easy to peel!
We loved "poached" eggs, and this is the easiest way ever to make them!
Great little product. I do wish it had a little bell or other alarm to indicate when it's done cooking, though. That's the only reason for four instead of five stars!

Love this egg cooker
My husband is the breakfast cooker in our home and I got the Oster 4716 egg cooker for him to try instead of the "boil on top of the range" type cooker. He absolutely loves it. He prides himself in poached eggs on toast and the eggs are cooked just right and slide right off the poaching plate. He tried the hard cooked eggs and the shells just slid off the eggs.
