Streamlight Flashlight
This is my 8th Streamlight and second of this type. They really stand behind their warranty and fix almost everything (except new bulbs and batteries) free. I lost one so I replaced it. Essential equipment in many trades. Sure, battery models are cheaper at first, but after hundreds of recharges the cost evens out. No battery model is this bright, and the landfill isn't full of Duracells.
The $100 Flashlight arrived without a bulb. You've got to be kidding!
I'm not happy at all - to spend that much money and wait a full week for delivery and have the flashlight arrive without a bulb. What a joke.
I'll be returning this item and you can bet it won't take me a full week.
Ultra performance!
I've had all kinds of flashlights: 6-volt big square battery, rechargeble 1 million lumen 12 volt, halogen mini, etc. This has got to be the brightest! No contest.
By the way the bulb went on me for no reason, but the manufacturer sent me a replacement xenon bulb immediately (free off charge)
Ultrastinger

While it is one the brightest flashlights on the market, it will not outshine one those commonly available "million power spotlights", but it charges much faster (get the fast charger, you won't regret it) the battery lasts much longer, and it is much better made. I have gotten through a weekend of spontaneous use on one charge. I have also dropped this light on concrete, and it kept on working. The charger can be difficult to mount in a home. Overall, the ultrastinger is a great ... Read More
very bright, super hot, short battery
bulb very fragile and expensive and hard to find locally. bulb so hot that it melted its own lens, charges in car or home, well built but poorly designed, really skinnier than pictures show, as big around as the middle of a pool cue. lightweight, and waterproof so far.
