Excellent Value
Just purchased my second set of this cookware last month, because I LOVED the first set so much. The first set still looks great after lots of use, so I wanted the same set to display in our new pot rack, and boy does it look great. I even got a rebate for a matching mixing bowls set (complete with lids). Great bonus.
My daughter in law also has a set of these and loves them as well.
You cannot go wrong with Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless-Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set for the money. Highly recommended.
Best pots I've ever owned
I got this set for Mother's Day, along with the 5.5 qt saute pan, and have been using it exclusively since. I love, love, love these pots and pans! They heat up evenly and quickly - sometimes too quickly, so be sure to monitor the heat setting you use. I've found that using a medium-low setting cooks just about everything beautifully. I've had no problems at all with sticking, just be sure to use some oil or butter. I wanted to get a set that is dishwasher safe, and these are, but they clean so easily that I've handwashed them every time. Hot, soapy water in the pan while we're eating is all I've ever done and they wash like a dream. Occasional heat marks, but a touch of Bon Ami or Barkeeper's Friend and they're gone. Great set of pots and pans
Got these pots and pans on sale. Nothing like stainless steel coupled with aluminum, they work great. They're efficient at transferring heat. The number of each and sizing was just what I needed.
Pleased
Very lovely set, washes up beautifully. Minimal discoloring in the bottom of one of the pans after a several uses but not too bad. Because of a previous review that I read, I won't be putting these in the dishwasher but with the wash up being so easy, I don't see any need to do that anyway. I've not had a problem with anything sticking with the use of a little olive oil. I am very pleased with this set.
Don't waste your money!
I wish I had read more about these pots before I got them. They burn everything and the skillets have been stained black since the first time I used them. They are impossible to clean even with Barkeeper's Friend. Also, if you try to add anything to boiling water, the pot bubbles up and overflows immediately. I am throwing the entire 10-piece set in the garbage!
