Great pan!
Look calls this pan a sauteuse, but other names for this type of pan are "chef's pan", "everyday pan" or "roaster pan". This pan is a deep, saute type pan with two loop handles (like a casserole). It comes with a glass cover.
This pan is just what I was looking for - a great all-purpose nonstick pan. It is the perfect size and holds a decent amount of food. It is easy to cook smaller or larger amounts in this pan with no issues. The nonstick surface is truly nonstick and cleans up beautifully. The pan worked flawlessly for preparing fried potatoes with onions - absolutely no sticking with excellent browning capabilities.
