I thought this pan would be multi-purpose. It is not.
It is also very "tinny" and not so well made.
Save your money and get a adonized pan instead.
This is a wonderful Product for Stainless Steel
I am very happy with it, I dont use stainless steel for cooking often i perfer cast iron and porcelin, but one cannot find those in cast iron or porcelin so this is a good alternative!
