This is a great curry...
Regardless of whether curry is "Indian" or not, in fact, regardless of where Curry does come from, this is a first rate blend of spices. It's surely "warmer" (i.e. more pungent) than most I've tried, and far tastier than the supermarket bottles of Curry.
I'm of English descent and I live in from New Orleans, so I'm not Indian either, but I do know a great deal about fine cooking. I use this all the time, both in traditional curry recipes and otherwise. It's great for rice, chicken, beef, etc. I use it in Chili. I've even put it on bologna.
So don't worry about "authenticity," worry about the way what you cook tastes...Trust me, this is the good stuff.
