Working in a kitchen reinstated the fact that I needed a knife holder at home. The usual ones in a kitchen are wood with a magnetic strip. When I found this stainless steel one, I was thrilled. It is much more attractive to the eye and works just the same. Not only do I use it for my knives, I have my scissors, spatulas, and knife steel on it too. If you do not own one of these, you should!!!!

Beautiful, works as promised
With limited space, I had to mount this knife holder vertically and it still holds my knives securely. Worh the little extra money. I also like that the stainless is not overly polished; it coordinates beautifully with my stainless appliances.
GREAT MAGNETIC KNIFE HOLDER
This is THE knife holder to own. I had another magnetic knife holder but it wasn't large enough to hold the knives and tools I use most often. I picked it because I could paint the wood to match my kitchen. Because of it's stainless steel finish, this MIU holder will also work with ANY decore and "this" MIU Stainless-Steel Magnetic Knife Holder IS large enough to do the job AND leave enough room between knives that it is safe to use!
I have a relatively small kitchen, but still had enough room that this size works very well.
I couldn't be more pleased! It's also very well worth the price.

The MIU Stainless-Steel Magnetic Knife Holder secures tightly to the wall and holds all my knives and scissors. I am grateful for the previous reviews that alerted me to the fact that I needed to pop off the plastic end pieces for easy installation.
