A sprinkle and BAM!
I'm a big foodie and I always watch this guy on TV. He makes it look easier than it really is, believe me. Over the years, I put on some pounds so I use a lot of spices and rubs to flavor up my grill instead of marinades, which are amazingly full of calories. Emeril, McPugs.com and Dean and Delucca produce the best rubs out there. Try these and your taste buds will say BAM!
Good Eats
I got this set for my Dad who thinks he can cook. He always watches the Food Network and LOVES Emeril. Well, it use to be no one wanted to eat the things he would make but this spice set has really changed that. They are all very yummy and my Mom has thrown out all of her old spices. She said that she did that because she did not know how to really blend them on her own and why try when Emeril has done it so well.
They all taste great and as the flavor is very full you don't need to use a ton of spice to have wonderful flavor!
