Chicken perfection
I first purchased this seasoning at the meat counter of my local market last summer for use that same day. I was--and continue to be--so pleased with the results Via Nueva Pollo Asado Mix, 4 oz. helps me achieve with grilled chicken. For skinned thighs, rub the mixture in liberally. Let the chicken sit for at least half an hour, then grill 5 minutes per side over a fairly hot fire, after that move the chicken off the fire to the other side of the grill and close the lid for another 10 minutes or so per side. Yum yum yum!
