Not for Everyone!!
I started taking 1 Super Cleanse tablet twice daily just yesterday. I took one this morning, and today I've had probably 15 watery stools.. I know- too much information,- but this is not at all what I expected. Uncomfortable, and have to stay close to home...

Does what it says it does
I'd just first like to point out that I did not buy Nature's Secret - Super Cleanse, 200 tablets because I have digestive issues. I'm pretty regular as far as that goes. I purchased Nature's Secret - Super Cleanse, 200 tablets to compliment a total body detox/colon cleanse I did for five days, and overall, I was pretty satisfied with the results.
During the cleanse, I followed a strict diet of fresh fruits and veggies, brown rice, water and all-natural fruit juices only. The first day, I didn't notice any changes, and was worried the product wouldn't flush me out, but then I increased my dosage to 2 capsules twice a day, and that did the trick. Gentle enough for every day
Follow the directions and you will clean yourself well and feel better. After a week I back off to 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening daily. I am confident there is no build up of waste in my intestines. No side effects.
