Good quality, good price, good deal
We have been using "Igo" piment d'Espelette for years, but it is really pricey. This isn't inexpensive either, but it is fresh, excellent quality stuff at less than half the price. A pinch of this is all it takes to add a smoky, slightly tangy and mildly hot edge to just about anything. Salad dressing, fish, meat, poultry, sauces... a pinch of fleur de sel and a pinch of this on a wedge of canteloupe is a blast.
