What Others Say

Takes a licking and keeps on ticking!
I have had the previous model of this exact same watch for four years. It still works great, and it's still running on the original batteries - but it's a bit beat up and the band is falling apart, so I just replaced it with this newer model. I love this watch because it's exceedingly simple to operate, has the exact features I want (dual time, three alarms, chronograph, and count down timer - nothing more, nothing less!) If this one lasts as long as the last one did, I'll be very happy.

Ideal watch for watch abusers
This is my third Timex of this model. There is real truth to the old phrase "It takes a licking and keeps on ticking". As a watch abuser, I am always banging into doorframes and other obstructions and this Timex is pure toughness at a reasonable price and with understated good looks.

Durable
I really like this watch. I am not a fancy dancy person and this watch is perfect. I automatically look at the Month day and date display when ever I write a check.

I agree with the others -- great watch
I have had this watch for years and have used the timer hundreds, if not thousands of times for everything from timed croquet matches to cooking thin spaghetti. Check. Band that isn't annoying to manipulate. Check. Comfortable. Check. Good looking. Check (IMHO). Long-lasting. Check. Waterproof. Check (I swim with it on). Audible alarm. Check. ... A great watch!
This is simply a great watch. I really appreciate the thoughtful design of the interface. For example, "+" and "-" buttons are provided when setting the time, timer, or alarms. Its accuracy is amazing, and I'm a stickler for that.

With three alarms, I can just set and forget a weekday and weekend alarm and still have one for special purposes.

Its handling of two time zones is convenient. I set T2 for Zulu time, so when I go flying I just hold the upper right button for a few seconds and it switches to display that. (Push it briefly just to peek at the other time zone.)

Although the "INDIGLO" button seems unnecessarily large, the light functions very well. Some other Timex watches have a different kind ... Read More
