The last set of steak knives we had came with a full tank at the Mobil station in '68. Time for a new set. These are great knives. One piece construction, good weight, sharp as hell. I think the handle feels a bit funny for the first few times, but that will go away. Plus if it means anything to you, they are made in Thailand; a Country that has been friends with us since Abe and the Elephants!

These steak knives are very nice. The only thing is is that you have to be very careful with them as they are razor sharp.

I favor Henkels knives for all of my kitchen cutlery. I saw the Henkel steak knives on Amazon.com for a very good price. I bought them. I love them. They cut smoothly and effortlessly. They clean easily. There is nothing more that I could ask of them.
Best Steak Knives Ever
I'm buying 2 more sets of these, one as a spare for me and one for a gift. I have a set I bought at least a year ago. I've never found any rust stains. I leave them in the sink in water and put them in the dishwasher too sometimes. I love the fact that they are all one piece and stainless. They are still sharp and I think they're great especially for the price!
