Way too expensive!
I paid way too much for this pan. It worked ok for a last minute choice but I would never buy one again. If I had had more time to look around I would probably have gone with a more traditional non-stick surface type pan.
thats one big turkey
Catered for a party of 14 with a huge turkey and this pan did it easily. AND cleaned up easily - both rack and pan... wonderful and worth the price.
