Great Value
I bought this as a gift for my husband 2 years ago. For the money, the value of this mp3 player is great. He has downloaded so many tracks because of the high memory and is still loading 2 years later. He has never had a problem with it and uses it all the time. I would recommend buying a cover for it as it is vunerable if dropped as all mp3 players are. It took him a little while to figure out how to download songs because he's not very computer savvy, but now he does it with ease.
Will not buy agin from Creative
I purchased the Zen Touch 20GB about 2 yrs ago. I liked it becuase it had a large hardrive with large screen, but felt it was bulky and heavy compared to other iPods. After 1 1/2, the screen froze so I had to take the cover off to unhook the cable connected to harddrive to unfreeze the screen. I had to do this several times to make it work. It is probably going to the trash since the scroll pad does not work anymore. I wondering if this is even fixable or does Creative take back the player and fix it for you although the screw at the bottom of the player has been tampered with? I purchase the Apple Nano about 1 year ago and happy with it becuase it thin, light, and it has color screen. In my opinion I recommend Apple rather than Creative.
Creative Zen Touch 20 GB MP3 Player
My Zen was a gift two Christmas' ago (2005). It was easy to set up and start using, has enough memory, has never glitched or frozen on me, never had trouble loading songs on it. My only wish is that there was a program I could purchase to load music as does I Tunes or Napester.

Go Get an ipod
I purchased this Creative mp3 player a year ago and it worked fine for over that year with only one time freezing. Over the last month I noticed that it would constantly freeze, lock up at random times, and change to random songs.
All I wanted was something that would play my music without problems and have simple seemless interface with the music program (for me window's media 10). This is not the idea with this mp3 player. It would sometimes not be detected by the computer even though the drivers were installed! Also the user interface is totally out of wak, same with the touch pad which in one touch can go though many songs at a time. A definate 2 thumbs down and i MEAN IT! I would rather get an ipod that would work and last me for ... Read More
